One of the most peaceful places I can find around here is sunrise at Sylvan Lake in Custer State Park. Normal photography rules would tell you - find clouds, something to add to the picture, but I say peace and tranquility is enough for me. This photo was enhanced using HDR technology involving 3 photos stepped +/- 1 stop and then processed in Photomatix Pro along with minor Photoshop post-processing.
